The staff were lucky to have DTSS alumni Martina Escutin join us for Alfred Joseph's Walkabout during professional development yesterday. Martina was our Ktunaxa language teacher for the day as we navigated the land and learned some of the Ktunaxa words for the local plant life along the walkabout. The staff are energized and excited to welcome the students of DTSS on Tuesday for the first day of what is sure to be a great year!
