Graduation 2024 Schedule of Events
WEDNESDAY JUNE 26, 2024
9:30 am – 4:30pm Pictures throughout the day at TBD location
5:00 pm Meet at the “Moose” to line up for Grand March
5:30 pm Grand March
6:15 pm Pothole Park – group picture with the fire truck
6:30 pm 2024 Grad Roof Top Patio Reception
7:15 pm 2024 Grads Grand Entrance and dinner
8:00 pm Evening Program – speeches and slide show
8:30 pm Dance – Grad parent and grad partner dance
THURSDAY JUNE 27, 2024
9:00 - 12:00 pm Grads to drop off overnight bags and camping gear (Tent, sleeping bag, pillow). Limit of one small bag per student. All bags will be checked for alcohol and drugs. These items will be transported by parent volunteers to the venue.
12:00 pm Examine back packs at school and load into parent vehicles
12:30 pm Cap and Gown Pick up at DTSS
3:00 - 5:30 pm Cap & Gown Ceremony
5:30 – 6:30 pm Pictures, load bus and leave the school
7:00 pm Arrive at Upper Ranch in Radium
8:00 pm Tee Breeze Games, lawn games, music, fire etc
11:00 pm Outdoor movies
12:00 am Midnight snack
1:00 am Hypnotist Show
FRIDAY JUNE 28, 2024
7:00 am Breakfast
7:30 – 8:00 am Clean up
8:30 am Load buses for DTSS
9:00 am Students arrive at DTSS

There will be a slide show at the dinner, we are looking for “through the years” photos of the grads. This can be class photos from Windermere elementary, Edgewater elementary, J.A Laird, and Eileen Madson. Pictures from sports teams, pictures from “fun days” at school or field trips. These pictures can be forwarded to 12al.neal@gmail.com
